<p>Here are some ways to help you stop your anxiety attack.</p>
<p>The first and most important step in learning how to stop anxiety attacks, is to find the source or trigger for your attack. Knowing what will trigger your attacks can be tricky, but often times, certain places or settings can be the trigger for an attack. You may find that large crowds or busy places trigger a panic attack. Maybe your attacks are most often triggered when you are dealing with a stressful situation. If you can find out how your attacks are triggered, you can devise a plan to help control those triggers and prevent attacks from happening.</p>
